parents name
Page showing validity
Note :
If
a certificate is
other than Hindi/English
language, translated
English version
of the same duly
attested by a Gazetted
Officer or a Notary
should be submitted.
All certificates/degree/diplomas
issued in Andhra
Pradesh should first
be got attested
from the "General
Administration Department
(GAD)" of the
University, before
submission to the
Ministry for attestation.
All
certificates/degrees/diplomas
issued by Karnataka
University, Dharwad
should be got reconfirmed
about its genuineness
from the Registrar
of the University,
before submission
to the Ministry
for attestation.
In
case of Doctors/Nurses/Pharmacists,
it is necessary
to submit photocopy
of the registration
certificates, original
of which should
be shown for verification
of the photocopy.
2. BUSINESS
DOCUMENTS
All business documents
like Power of Attorney,
Export Import Invoices
etc. to be first legalized
by respective Chambers
of Commerce (Whichever
the company is associated
member of).
3. BIRTH
/ MARRIAGE CERTIFICATES
All the certificates,
first to be attested
by the respective
Home Department of
the State.
